As people become more and more attention to teachers’ professional,teachers’ professional also brought to the attention of the people,Teaching reflection is one of the effective ways of promoting teachers’ professional growth and effective teaching,education workers and researchers become more and more attention to teachers’ professional.Throughout There are a lot of the researchers’ study of teaching reflection from education workers and researchers,But most of them is about the theory,There are fewer instances of teaching reflection,There is the phenomenon that education theory and education practice is disjointed.These are the starting point of this thesis research,The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of high school physics teachers’ teaching reflection,by the researching I can found some problems and gives reasonable suggestion on these questions.This paper mainly study teaching theory and education practice,I compile a set of questionnaires about current situation High school physics teachers’ teaching reflection,Through the analysis and sort out the questionnaire,I found the following results:Most of the high school physicsteacher can recognize the necessity and effectiveness of teaching reflection,as a matter of fact that high school physics teachers’ attitudes and action about teaching reflection are not consistent,The theory of teaching reflection from most of the high school physics teachers is Very inadequate.High school physics teachers’ teaching reflection about time distribution, methods, contents, presentation etc is unreasonable,When teachers encountered obstacles in the process of reflection,Most of the teachers will take the initiative to take corresponding measures.The influence factors of high school physics teacher reflection is most teachers’ factor, second is the external objective factors.According to the current high school physics teacher’s reflection on the status quo, and combined with the literature research, to promote the high school physics teacher reflection ability enhancement,School department of education and teachers must pay attention to the following aspects:The cultivation of reflection, education theory knowledge learning;Building interactive web site, implementation resources sharing;The opening of teaching reflection ethos,creating diversified evaluation system;Improving The ability of teacher that teacher find and solve problems;Trainingteachers develop a habit about combination of vertical and horizontal reflection reflection;Training teachers develop a habit about Combination of collective and individual reflection;Raise the writing level of teachers’ teaching reflection.There are some disadvantages in this study,I hope we can further study later about High school physics teachers’ teaching reflection...
