Current Situation And Strategy Of Hunan Province Farmer Sports Fitness Project Implementation

Farmers fitness works is a national sports organizations to promote rural construction,vigorously carry out sports activities in rural areas,construction of Rural Sports Service System initiative,country built the stadium around farmers, the effect of implementation of the project directly related to farmers’ health,it is an important way to promote rural sports development, have great significance to farmers’ physique.Through literature survey, expert interviews, questionnaires, field survey on the implementation of the conf, usion of Farmer Fitness Project in Hunan Province to study, the conclusions are as follows, The first fitness Project for Peasants is a Waste Management Project, the project had benefited various counties and cities in Hunan province towns, however, compared with the national, the construction process was relatively slow in Hunan. Second,the plight of farmers in Hunan Province have existed Fitness Project, management is not in place, management mechanism is not perfect, farmer sports consciousness, the number of migrant go out for job, farmer’s sports preference and Peasants Sports Fitness Project big difference, peasants Sports Fitness Project led to low utilization rate, location of science,influence topography, local and regional economic and land policies and other factors effect the play with the implementation of the project function.
