Research On The Current Cultivation Situation And Countermeasure Of New Professional Farmer In Yantai City

The new type of professional farmers is an inevitable choice for the future agriculture in each region,and it is also an inevitable trend for the development of modern rural areas and agricultural production in the future.In 2012,the concept of"new-type professional farmers" with agriculture as their occupation was first proposed in the Central Document No.1.In the 2014 Central Document No.1,"Building a New Type of Professional Farmer Management Body" highlights the urgency of cultivating new professional farmers.In 2019,the No.1 Central Document once again emphasized "implementing a new type of professional farmer cultivation project,vigorously developing vocational education oriented to rural needs,and strengthening the construction requirements of agricultural-related majors in colleges and universities.At this stage,China is in the critical period of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.Efficient agricultural equipment,advanced agricultural science and technology,and modern management concepts will be introduced into all areas of modern agricultural production,thus forcing the need for high quality New professional farmer team.This research is aimed at the cultivation of new professional fruit farmers in Yantai City.Field surveys were conducted in 10 townships in 3 county-level cities with questionnaire surveys,and a total of 568 valid data were collected.Use SPSS23.0 measurement software to analyze the basic situation of fruit farmers in Yantai,the proportion of household income and expenditure,the quality of employment and the actual situation of cultivation status.Based on rural human capital,sustainable development,and regional economic theories,fully explore the deep implications of farmers and new professional farmers.Relying on the literature method and questionnaire survey method,the eight central No.1 documents and the "three rural" issues in the reports of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the CPC since the introduction of the concept of a new type of professional farmers were combed.At the same time,it draws on the practices and experiences of professional farmers cultivation in the United States,Japan and other countries,as well as the practical experience of new professional farmers cultivation in Linyi and Qingdao in Shandong Province,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of new professional fruit farmers in Yantai.Aiming at the cultivation of new-type professional fruit farmers in Yantai,the government’s responsibilities should be clarified and legislative support should be strengthened.To improve the system of farmers’ education system in Yantai;establish a connection mechanism between basic education and vocational education to promote farmers’ participation in vocational higher education training;build an agricultural industry direction that is in line with the development of new-type vocational fruit farmers in Yantai and complete the rural social security system.Only by cultivating more new types of professional farmers and providing favorable talent support for the construction of a new countryside,can we better stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of farmers’ agricultural production;we can bring a new situation to the development of rural agriculture,and we can bring farmers’ occupations prospects,a vision for agricultural development,and a vision for rural life that have become reality.
