| Under the background of new curriculum reform, students in the classroom on the dare boldly display their launch a challenge to the teacher, such as "pointing out the teachers’ errors" "expressing different views" "putting forward their own doubts" and so on, which is a kind of "benign" challenge, is of great significance. I would like to take this study to draw the first line teachers’ attention to the benign challenge.Around "the witty response of the Chinese teachers to students’ benign challenge" this topic, using the method of literature research, observation and record method, theory and practice combination method and so on a series of research methods to study, I combine reading literature income, personal class practice income with observing the other classroom memoir income.This text is divided into five parts. The first part is "benignly challenge teachers: a worthy Chinese classroom ecology ", which first discusses that the benign challenge and adverse challenge are different and then that benign challenge is a common Chinese classroom phenomenon. Finally, it discusses the precious value of benign challenge. The second part is "the appearance characteristics of benign challenge", which discusses "accidental sneak attack" "instant timeliness" "tit for tat" "feedback demands" and so on four appearance characteristics. The third part is "the internal cause of students’ benign challenge", from "the essence of teaching activities" "students’ participation in classroom attribution" and "teachers’ leading classroom attribution" three angles to launch the elaboration. The fourth part is "the mentality that Chinese teachers should have to meet students’ classroom benign challenges", extracting "be delighted, don’t complain" "keep calm, don’t panic" "be brave, don’t escape" "be open minded, don’t be narrow minded" "be flexible, don’t be dull" five kinds of mentality. The fifth part is "the rational strategy for Chinese teachers to deal with students’ benign challenges", which is to be discussed in two aspects, including "the classroom coping strategies and cases" and "the value and way of improving professional accomplishment". I want to give the first line teachers enlightenment.This article analyses the benign challenge’ "presentational feature and internal cause", showing the precious value of benign challenge, exploring the coping strategies, so it can play a guiding role to teachers, also stimulate them to take it seriously, to independently explore the strategies to solve the benign challenges. |
