Research On Benign Teacher-Student Conflict In High School Ideological And Political Class From The Perspective Of Teachers

The conflict between teachers and students is a problem that we will inevitably encounter in classroom teaching,because conflict is also a form of interaction between teachers and students.In particular,the benign teacher-student conflicts in classroom teaching,if properly handled,will not only hinder the teaching,but will also promote the achievement of classroom teaching objectives,as well as in the classroom teaching of high school ideological and political classes.This research mainly uses the methods of literature research and interview to analyze and study the benign conflicts between teachers and students in the current high school ideological and political classroom teaching from the perspective of teachers.It is found that the benign conflicts between teachers and students in the current high school ideological and political classroom can be divided into students' verbal queries and teachers' one response,students' verbal continuous queries and teachers' multiple responses.Students' verbal rebellion and teachers' refutation are three types,and their causes are analyzed by using the theory of social normative learning.It is found that they are mainly due to the misunderstanding of the meaning of norms and the understanding of normative values,but they do not recognize that there is a similar norm,which is caused by the vague boundary of norms.Finally,I try to summarize some strategies and suggestions to deal with the good conflicts between teachers and students in high school ideological and political course correctly,hoping to provide some reference and help to improve the teaching of high school ideological and political course and the relationship between teachers and students.
