Research On The Construction Of Student Cadres In Higher Vocational Education From The Perspective Of Objective Management

To strengthen the construction of higher vocational students cadres is not only the need of training high ability persons with practical ability and innovation ability of colleges and universities, but also an important part of the college students’ ideological and political education work. However, the current researches on student cadre team construction in higher vocational colleges are conditioned by education and university management itself, without involving other disciplines crossed with the introduction of theory. The countermeasures and suggestions that it puts forward are difficult to have substantial breakthrough. In this paper, combining with the author’s experience of the work of students’ practical experience for years, by using the theory of objective management analysis the problems existed in the higher vocational college student cadre team construction, the author put forward strategies on the basis of the theory of objective management to perfect the higher vocational student cadre team construction.This writing follow questions, analyze and solve problems of logic. In the first chapter of introduction, this thesis research background and current status to clarify, this paper discusses the significance and purpose of this study, and to expand the research method and train of thought for the details. The second chapter is the basis of higher vocational student cadre team construction and management by objectives theory research. In this part, first has carried on the definition of higher vocational student cadre, discusses the main content higher vocational student cadre team construction and its status in the higher vocational education development, then the target management concept is defined, analyzed the advantages of target management in practice, once again, on the basis of the review goal management related theory, concludes the target management theory is applied to the connotation of higher vocational student cadre team construction, concrete application will target management theory and practice, by demonstrating evaluation target management applied in the feasibility analysis of higher vocational student cadres team construction. The third chapter through to the current situation and existing problems of higher vocational college students cadres, mainly using the theory of management by objectives of higher vocational students some universal problems of the construction of the contingent of cadres must be the cause of the analyzed. Summarizes its reason mainly includes three aspects, namely, in the construction of student cadres, cadres education system has failed to target on the system design; Team decision-making process of the construction of the high school student cadres insufficient capacity of individuals to participate in, As well as its construction and development process management is a lack of control. The fourth section of northwestern university vocational and technical college of higher vocational students carry in-the-spot investigation and study on the construction of cadres, the typical cases of higher vocational student cadre team construction has made achievements, problems and causes are analyzed. The fifth chapter is on the basis of the study, combined with case analysis, put forward the target management in higher vocational college student cadre team construction in the implementation of the strategy.
