In the modern vocational education system,secondary vocational education plays a fundamental role,and its talent training goal is intermediate-level technical skills.With the technological development and industrial transformation and upgrading,various industries have put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.In order to meet the new requirements of social development for skilled talents,in response to the need to deepen the reform of basic education courses and the need for iterative development of secondary vocational schools themselves,the author began a classroom study of ecological ecology in secondary vocational schools.The first chapter is the introduction part,which is mainly divided into three sections to elaborate.The first section "problem raising" includes research origin,research purpose and significance,research value and theoretical basis of research.The second section "Concept Definition" defines three important concepts of ecology,vocational school and Chinese ecological classroom.The third section is the "research design" part,which mainly launches the research design of this thesis from four aspects: research questions,research objects,research ideas,research framework and research methods.The second part of the literature review section is mainly divided into domestic and foreign related research reviews.The domestic research review focuses on the quantification of the domestic research review,and analyzes the research hotspots to grasp the general direction of the research.The third chapter mainly discusses the related theoretical problems of ecological classroom and the specific assumptions of Chinese ecological classroom in vocational school.Teachers,students and classroom teaching environment are all indispensable in the elements of ecological classroom.At the student level,students are not "little adults",and their minor stages have unique growth and development value.Students are autonomous and lively people.Students are dynamic individuals;at the teacher level,the relationship between teachers and students should be equal and harmonious.In terms of teacher authority,teachers should have certain authority.In terms of teaching objects,teachers' teaching should be directed to all students.In terms of the characteristics of the ecological classroom,the ecological classroom has many characteristics,including holism,diversity,openness and symbiosis.The fourth chapter investigates the current situation of the Chinese ecological classroom in vocational schools through empirical research methods,including ecological balance phenomena and ecological imbalance problems,and then discusses the reasons behind the ecological imbalance problems.This article mainly explores the ecological balance in the classroom from the three levels of classroom environment,student learning and classroom environment;ecological imbalances are mainly reflected in these three aspects.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with students,the author believes that the above-mentioned ecological imbalances are mainly caused by students,systems and policies.Student level: students' interest in learning is generally low;students' sense of classroom discipline is weak;system level: the school has not formed strong classroom rules and regulations;the important impact of middle and high vocational agreement classes on student learning;policy level: college entrance examination,Shenzhen household registration for students Important influence of learning.The fifth chapter puts forward the promotion strategy of Chinese ecological classroom in vocational school,and summarizes the research conclusion.To address the ecological imbalance in the above classroom,the author proposes promotion strategies from three levels: education policy,school system and individual students.Education policy level: to enhance the binding of the entrance examination to vocational students on Chinese language learning;to protect the rights and interests of non-Shenzhen registered students in the entrance examination;to the school system level: to strengthen the system and standardization of construction to ensure student learning;empower teachers and encourage teachers to take classes Management and rectification;attach importance to the professional development of teachers and promote the life-long development of teachers;individual student level: protect and stimulate students' internal driving force;help students build self-confidence and enhance self-efficacy;build a student learning community.
