College students are the future of our country and the hope of the nation, also are the promoting successors of the socialist construction of our country. The General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that the current situation must attach great importance to the young college students’ socialist core values cultivation.With the rapid development of new media, the Internet is gradually infiltrated changing our lives. However, as the first new media users, college students will inevitably be influenced by a variety of network culture environment. Especially in the critical period of cultivation and practice of contemporary college students’ socialist core value concept, it faces the powerful impact of Internet and new media.In addition, the reason of the poor ability of students’ self-control, imperfect network regulation, school education contents and methods’ obsolete, teachers and parents’ lacking of understanding the new media and the socialist core value concept, will result in all sorts of problems of college students’ socialist core value view education.So the urgent, most important matter of this moment is to solve the problem of the relationship between college students’ socialist core view and the new media.Making it to adapt to the new media of the "new normal", give full play to the advantage of new media, strengthen the efforts of college students’ socialist core values education, purify the social network environment of college students’ socialist core values.In this paper, we first review the related concepts, including the overview the concepts of the new media and the socialist core values. Then, through the form of questionnaire survey, it does comprehensive analysis of the impact of new media on college students’ learning and life and the status quo of the socialist core values of college students. Further in-depth analysis the problems and causes of the current college students’ social core values cultivation. Finally, put forward to the measures of cultivation of College Students’ socialist core values, adapt to the new media of the“new normal”, strengthen the socialist core values propaganda; strengthen thesupervision of the Internet, purification of College Students’ socialist core values cultivation of network environment; strengthening the construction of college teaching team, strengthen college students’ socialist core value concept and cultivating teachers; enhance the media literacy education of college students,improve the recognition and belief of college students the concept of socialist core value.
