In the new curriculum reform stressed the independent learning ability, critical awareness and skepticism can get training in the process of reflective learning. Reflective learning as an important way of learning has been widely spread in the overseas education, this to our education provides a lot of valuable experience. But our country’s curriculum structure and teaching means, examination mode is have very big difference, compared with foreign, copying their reflective learning style is obviously can’t play a good effect. So reflective learning under the guidance of the purpose of this paper is to explore the examination of physical education in our country the status quo to review the teaching strategy, the excessive attention to overcome the traditional teaching type of memory and mechanical training review mode, encourage students to spend more of his personal emotion, cultivating students’build their own physics knowledge system, gradually improve physical thinking ability in the process of review, at the same time solve the teachers don’t know how recitation, students don’t know how to learn physics problems, help more effective physics teaching of physics teachers, promote the all-round development of students.The author firstly refer to all kinds of literature to understand the topic research background, theoretical basis and research status, then refer to a large number of related research contents and results for test the physical review reflective teaching strategy of cultivating the ability of learning, and research on the practice. Through practice of the test data before and after contrast and throughout the interview communication with students, found the students on reflective learning before and after a year, in physics learning attitude, methods, habits and change of performance. Final research shows that:through the examination of physical review the implementation of the reflective learning the practice way, students’reflective learning ability has improved significantly, mainly reflected in the students’ reflection habits and skills have improved significantly. Students’ physical performance was obviously improved. The learning interest of the students raised, self-confidence is also enhanced the students began to monitor and adjust their learning attitude and learning methods, learning enhances unceasingly.
