Concept map is a good tool which can be used to organize and express the scientific knowledge. As an important tool which accelerates students study efficiently, the strategy of concept map plays an important role in the study teaching strategies and learning strategies. Besides, the strategy is also one of the important strategies of creating the efficient class. After Hulun Buir Education Institute applied for the topic of constructing efficient class and regional education cooperation, successfully, I take the task of studying concept map. In order to make out if it has some effects on biology learning and interest to the students,I select Inner Mongolia Manchuria seventh middle school senior class one and class two of two parallel class and put the class one as the experimental class, the class two as the control class. In high school the first semester of cytology teaching, review strategy of biological concept map was carried out in class one for six months and control class implements the conventional strategy review. Instigating the high school students’autonomous learning attitude, learning interest and the use of the concept map by the method of questionnaire and interview method and statistics method before and after the experiment of the twoclasses, especially before the experiment and after the experiment respectively to test two classes of grades, after the test results statistics and effective inspection. The following results are:Firstly, the academic performance of students which are in the experimental class that implements the concept strategy review was significantly higher than that of control class, particularly at the level of memorizing knowledge and knowledge application level, the biology score of students in the experimental class was significantly higher than the control class.Secondly, there are also some differences in improving the students of different-levels by the concept nap strategy.That is to say, there are some differences in the improvement of the students in the high, middle and low levels by using the concept map, and what the most significant effects are on improving the grades of middle level students.Thirdly, there are no significant differences in the autonomous learning attitude and learning interest of the two class students before and after the experiment.This study shows that the concept map strategy can improve the grades of the students in a short period of time, especially at the level of memorizing knowledge and knowledge application level, and it can improve the grades of middle level students remarkably. But, it’s notso significant to the autonomous learning attitude and learning interest of the students. According to the results, it can improve the students’ability to think and logical reasoning ability by the scientific construction of concept map, comparison and classification of the concept, the intension and extension of generalization thinking process of understanding of the concepts, and determining the logical relationships between concepts to establish network biology knowledge of their own. However, the reason why there are some differences in improving the students of different levels by the concept map strategy and it’s not so significant to the autonomous learning attitude and learning interest of the students still needs further study.
