Home Networks And Urban Living Pension For Retired Workers: After Age Pension Units Case Study

The Industrial Revolution, accelerates the economy’s development and changes people’s ideas and family structures, which brings the changes of elderly population’s life.There were a fierce debate onthe Aged Problems, and people usually focus on the study on the old-age retirement patterns and policies, most articles werejust describing the macro policies, while lacking the support of cases. Since the 1990 s, China experienced a fast development in different areas, but Northeast China, acted as the old industrial bases, did not develop well, and many workers are facing the problem of early retirement. This group is undergoing a quite different pension system, while they still have the same state of mind, they memory their work time and they love their family. This solid home network will make the home care modelmore persuasive.We carried out a comprehensive investigation on the life of retired people in Northeast China, and trying to illustrate how the retired people build a family network, explain that the pension issue is the question of perception. We believe that the construction of such networks is the reflection of the structure of pension system.And the "unit complex" is the reflection of different functional elements on pension systems.Therefore, the study of home network construction will provide us a new idea on social work case study method by reviewing the planned economy system and modernized economy system.
