The purpose of this study from the Angle of the collective and individual to fully reveal the status quo and characteristics of students in teachers’ professional identity, to explore the metaphor to learn and adjust the value of a prospective teacher professional identity, enrich its duty before education means, and for students and teachers to provide effective countermeasures and suggestions, so as to improve the level of the students in teachers’ professional identity. Study includes two parts: Study of Teachers professional identity based on metaphor: participants: shenyang normal university grade 2012 students(belong to junior grade when a pretest and posttest when promoted to senior grade), fore test had 274 participates, when measured from 103. Research tools: Wang Xinjiang etal. develop professional identity of teachers and scale, etc. Data processing method: all the data by SPSS 19.0 for processing, mainly adopting clustering analysis, chi-square test. Results:(1) based on the metaphor of students’ professional identity is divided into four types, according to the proportion from big to small, respectively is:Bellwethers,Actors,Plasticine men and Admirers.(2) The intern shows no significant influence on teachers professional identity. After the normal practice in vocational dimensions will divide to significantly lower than before, t = 1.87, p < 0.01; Professional identity in the total score and other dimension scores were not significant.Study of prospective teachers personal professional identity based on metaphor : participants: samples are selected from qiqihar university, jilin normal university, shenyang normal university junior and senior students of three universities, a total of 475 people. Research tools: "what a teacher is like" metaphor questionnaire. Analysis methods: adopting the Saban metaphor classification method(2006), increased the identity orientation classification. Statistical methods: then input SPSS20.0 percentage statistics and chi-square test. Results:(1) based on normal personal identity has a total of eight types of metaphor: nourish, knowledge provider, scaffolding, heart shaper, artist, cooperator, authority and protector.(2) internships for students had a great effect on the type of personal identity. Internship students teachers in mind shapers, artist, cooperatorand authority four categories is greater than the percentage of internship students, in percentage was significantly less than on other types not internship students.Suggestions:(1) Pay attention to the students in the study of collection of personal professional identity and explore education.(2) Emphasis the teacher professional identity metaphor expression and reflection.(3) Practice to encourage teachers’ professional identity in the understanding of metaphor in promoting the prospective teachers share.(4)Adjust professional identity types reasonably in exploration.
