Generally, we have the recognition of prospective preschool teachers’ professional identity, which is a kind of attitude, and this attitude is positive, which mainly includes the preschool teachers’ understanding of themselves, their own professional presence, preschool teachers’ skills, value and expectation of teachers’ occupation, and so oir. And its high and low level is directly related to the preschool teacher’s love of the occupation, is a teacher to do their own work, the premise is the preschool teacher’s professional career in the internal power. And the recognition of their own work, it can be said to be a teacher’s precondition, is to become a preschool teacher of the foundation, is an essential feature of preschool teachers.And the learning ability of self efficacy is mainly for students, mainly to the students’ ability of a kind of judgment, this judgment is usually refers to the students in the completion of a project learning task to their ability to judge. This judgment has a good effect on students’ learning motivation, goal completion and self adjustment in the process of learning. So, we are sure to have a certain relationship between teachers’ professional identity and students’ self-efficacy.So in this paper, the characteristics of teachers’ professional identity, learning ability and learning ability, and the relationship among the two students in different grades, different personality and different gender and family background were investigated. So as to find out the way to enhance the recognition of perspective preschool teachers, to effectively improve the training mode of higher normal university, and to implement the practice on the cultivation of preschool teachers in colleges and universities.
