Teachers Professional Identity is accepting of teaching career from heart, recognizing themeaning and value, loving teaching and putting professional conduct into the action ofthe job. So Teachers ’ Professional Identity is not only a kind of positive perception butalso a kind of experience about positive emotion, behavior and behavior tendency.Mainly is the positive attitude of a teacher. There are many people become more andmore interested in the Teachers Professional Identity researching. But it’s just thebeginning. This research is based on the research of domestic and international, using themethod of quantitative research and qualitative research, specific on documentaryanalysis, questionnaire, case interviews and other methods, through the psychologicalmeasurement and analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis,structure equation model methods and techniques to primary and middle school teachers’to discuss the professional identity of present situation, characteristics, developmentprocess characteristic of the individual, the important characteristics of the personalityand influence of self-esteem, and the relationship between the happiness research, andsetting up the relationship between the several models and the deepening of theresearch of the teachers’ professional identity, enrich the research into the psychology ofteachers in primary and middle school, and put forward some suggestions notions ofteachers, include teachers’ mental health maintenance providing a new perspectivefor teachers.This research mainly around the primary and secondary school teachers ofprofessional identity characteristics, the personality of teachers’ professional identity,effects of teachers’ professional identity of the development process of characteristicsand the self-esteem, happiness of the relationship between research. Comprehensivethese studies draw the following conclusion:1Overall, the level of our primary and middle school teachers’ professional identityis to be higher, in the specific dimensions, teachers’ professional values of the highestscore, then respectively for professional behavior orientation, professional belonging andcharacter values. 2The difference on primary and middle school teachers’ professional identity insex, school level on the kinds of remarkable: female teacher professional identity higherthan male teachers; Primary school teacher professional identity degree above highschool teachers; Different age and educator in professional teachers belonging andprofessional conduct on the tendency of remarkable differences; High school teachers inthe role of belonging and values, professional career on behavior orientation ofremarkable differences; The number of different training teachers in vocational sense ofremarkable differences on; Different income levels of teachers in vocational belongingon notable differences.3Teachers’ professional identity is influenced by the personality types: ESFJ, ESTJpersonality type of teacher professional identity significant higher than ESFP, ISFJ, ISTJtype of personality of teachers.4Teachers’ professional identity is a change of the development process, in differentstages have different features.5Teachers’ professional identity can predict positive self-esteem and happiness, therole of teachers’ professional identity values and professional behavior of the influence ofthe tendency to happiness is to achieve through self-esteem, self-respect are role valuesand professional behavior of the influence of happiness to the intermediary variable,have fully intermediary function.This study of teachers’ professional identity has been on the basis of professionalidentity, there some development and innovation in the following several aspects:1.The personality that influence teachers’ professional identity is the important factor;2.Use case method of teacher professional development in different phases of the teachers’professional identity characteristics;3. Reveals the teachers’ professional identity andpride, and happiness, the relationship between the mental health maintenance forteachers to provide new perspective.
