With the economic globalization and the deepening of the reform and opening up, values diversity trend increasingly obvious, information society environment more complex. People’s ideological and moral law thinking, values, such as chaos, appear easily some moral landslide phenomenon is easy to bad influence on teenagers, combined with the legal consciousness, teenagers moral quality is low, such as illegal crime phenomenon is increasingly prominent. Pure ideological and moral education cannot resolve the realistic problems, more can’t simply the law education as part of the moral education, and should have independent each other on the basis of effective integration, only pay attention to strengthen legal education is more conducive to the stable social order, increase the effectiveness of ideological and moral education. Therefore, it is necessary for teenagers to integration of ideological and moral education and law education, enhance the youth ideological and moral quality and legal quality, achieve the comprehensive development, for the construction of the socialist cause, promote social harmony to lay the solid foundation.This article is divided into five parts altogether:The first part: Introduction. Fusion depth excavation adolescent ideology and moral character education and law education background and significance, in view of the domestic and foreign research status review, for this paper’s research foundation, and points out research methods and innovations of this article.The second part: The definition and related theoretical basis. For teenagers, ideological and moral education, law education and illustrates the core concepts, and analyzes the Marx person’s full scale development theory, bandura’s social learning theory, and the theory of moral cognition related theory, for adolescent ideology and moral character education and law education fusion theory basis.The third part: To analyze the lack of fusion. From the school, family and society three aspects, analysis the performance of the lack of legal education in adolescent ideology and moral character education and harm.The fourth part: The author analyses the necessity of integration. From the national policy guidance, the traditional cultural heritage, youth all-round development, elaborates the reform of basic education and so on, this paper discusses the adolescent ideology and moral character education and the importance and significance of legal education fusion.The fifth part: Draw a fusion effective path. Mainly set up by school, family, society and media network four dimensions of education system, supplemented by teenagers discipline teaching, strengthening the mental health counseling, strive to put the legal education into national curriculum system, and jointly create adolescent ideology and moral character education and law education fusion of effective path.
