Football is the most popular game in the world, and ankle injury is one of the most common injuries in football.Ankle is a very important joints of human body, not only bear the body weight, but also ankle is a proprioceptive sensory organ. If not ankle injury prevention training, it is easy to affect the normal function of the ankle joint, and it will can lead to a more serious problem.Purposes: This article test of 20 football athletes in Beijing sport university during six weeks, ankle joint muscle strength training(the experimental group increased ankle proprioceptive training before and after the position stability and the limits of stability. Comparison before and after the training and the differences between the balance ability training on the human body, analysis of proprioceptive training and muscle strength training on the human body posture stability and the influence of the limits of stability. Methods: this study selected 20 football team players(10) men and women in Beijing sport university. Men and women were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group 5 people 5 people. Ankle joint muscle strength training for 6 weeks, controls on ankle muscle strength training and ankle proprioceptive training, using Biodex dynamic balance system in the United States, for all the control group and experimental group were performed before and after training Biodex balance test. Results: gender for stability test and stability limit test were not significantly affected. After training him only feet stand overall stability index(SI) and open about stability index(M/LSI) significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Stability index before and after about significantly greater stability index(P < 0.05). After training close their eyes feet stand M/LSI experimental group was significantly less than control group(P < 0.05) and the experimental group and control group M/LSI are significantly less than before the training. After training him only right foot stand M/LSI experimental group was significantly less than control group(P < 0.05), after training A/PSI and M/LSI are less than before the training. Stability limit test after training the experimental control ability is significantly larger than the control group, experimental group significantly greater than the control group(P < 0.05), before and after the training to the average direction control ability, and to the left direction forward control abilityhas significant effect, the experimental group extra proprioceptive training, thus significantly greater than the control group after 6 weeks of training, the experimental group the average direction/left after control ability and control ability to increase the size of the larger. Conclusions: 1.6 weeks ankle joint muscle strength training and ankle proprioceptive training combined with muscle strength training can improve the ability of football players of the dynamic and static balance; And the balance ability of combining two kinds of training to improve the effect is more significant. 2.There is no obvious difference in men’s and women’s football player above balance ability, 3. The stability of M/LSI is better than A/PSI in football player, the ability of forward direction is better than backward direction. Stability of A/PSI is poor, most likely to lead to the ankle of the talus strain, such as football ankle injury. 4.Athletes in the limit of stability for the front/right direction control is much better than the other direction. This indicates athlete’s proprioceptive training should be more in the other direction, so as to the balanced development of proprioceptive ability and prevent injury. 5, Ankle injury prevention should start early. Increasing joint strength at the same time cooperate with proprioceptive training.
