The ankle joint is an important joint of human body, also to be one of the most vulnerable joints in all sports. The probability of repeated injuries will rise to a sky-high level after the first injury of the ankle joint, the mechanism of injury need to be further studied. Studies have shown that the curative effect of the injured ankle under the optimal loading was better than the traditional way of rest during the acute phase of the ankle injured. So the purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of influence of the gravity factors acting on the impaired ankle, researching the curative effect of ankle in part of the load to explore the scientific method and new ideas to prevention and treatment of ankle injury, especially the treatment of the acute phase of the injured ankles.20 unilateral ankle injured male aerobic gymnastics athletes of Beijing Sport University were tested. With the Cumberland questionnaire and the Pro-kin proprioception testing system to go to packet. The 10 subjects of experience group placed their lower limbs in the low-gravity environment to rehabilitation, the 10 subjects of Regular training group take rehabilitation exercises in the normal environment. Testing was repeated after 6 weeks of rehabilitation treatment. the results of this study show that:1. Before the experiment, the injured ankle proprioceptive trajectory tracking error was significant bigger than the healthy ankle(P<0.01), it means that the proprioception of the injuerd ankles were missing.2. The differences of proprioceptive trajectory tracking error between the low-gravity training Group and the Regular training Group were not significant (P>0.05), it shown that the proprioception would improved by 6 weeks Functional rehabilitation training; 3. After the experiment, there was almost no difference between the low-gravity training Group and the Regular training Group on the proprioceptive trajectory tracking error (P>0.05), it shown that the proprioception would ont missing in the low-gravity environment; So we can came to the Conclusions:1. After ankle injured, the proprioception of the athletes were missing, would effect the performance of the ankles; 2.The proprioception of injured ankles would improved by Functional rehabilitation training; 3. In the 40% low-gravity environment, the proprioception of injured ankles would not change with the gravity,so we could use the low-gravity environment for the Functional rehabilitation training in the aerobic gymnastics athletes.
