Peer Communication has a significant effects on Children Development. The quality of peer communication which has contribution to the healthy growth of students can also condition for the development of student social adaptability. Combined with junior students’ physical and mental development characteristics, peer interaction in junior high school students have a wealth of educational value, but also requires educators’ guidance and inspiration. It is the basis for the strategy of promote peer interaction and enhance the quality that the utilization of existing educational resources. The strategy is a better way to understand the characteristics of peer interaction and related mechanisms as well as give better play to the educational value of peer interaction. The existing researches suggest that promoting the peer communication quality by theme activities is a new view in peer communication researches. Therefore, this study based on the results of previous studies to explore the strategy of promoting peer communication quality in range of theme activities, which has a certain theoretical and practical value to peer interaction.This study constructed a theoretical relationship between the theme activities and peer communication quality and on this basis to make a study of the following questions: How is the quality of peer communication in junior high school, what issues need to improve? Are theme activities can promote to the peer communication quality of junior high school students? Theme activities in which aspects can improve the quality of peer interaction, and in what conditions? How many aspects in the strategy of promoting peer communication quality?To solve the above problems, our study apply the method. We build a more reliable research tool which based on the results of previous studies. For getting first-hand research data, we surveyed 824 junior high school students with Questionnaire and interviewed a number of principals. Also, I coupled to a typical high school for a long time and in-depth research so that I can understand status of peer interaction and characteristics of an insight. The researches provides a wealth of practical material and a solid research foundation.Research results show that, although the junior high school students have a good scores of peer communication, but it also have some problems. The empirical results suggest that theme activities do have an effect on peer communication quality. Especially in the dimensions of activities experience, design activities and the activities of junior high school students to meet the expectations. Moreover, the circumstance of peer communication and the harmonious atmosphere in school also has a key role.The education strategy of promoting peer communication quality has four aspects:First emphasizes student-centered and concerned about school culture and peer interaction circle ecological culture. Second, improve the activities’experience. Third, build theme for growth and development and make activities more enjoyable. Fourth, encouraging the students’broad participation and create cultural works to meet the developmental needs of students. In addition, we also need to make sure the reliability of promoting peer communication by Safety precautions.
