Peer communication is an important part of children's early social communication,which is different from the intimate relationship between parents and children.Peer communication gives children a wider space to explore interpersonal relationships,and children get equal communication in their communication with their peers.Good peer communication is helpful for children to learn social skills and strategies,and promote children's social behavior to think of positive and friendly analysis and development.However,not all children can successfully communicate,children in the process of communication will suffer peer rejection resistance,and children in the rejected communication difficulties adopted peer communication strategy,greatly affected the results of peer communication.Because of the high frequency of peer communication and the common friction and conflict in the communication,this study takes the peer communication strategy and its special entry point after the large class children are rejected,deeply discusses the strategies and characteristics of peer communication after the large class children are rejected,and puts forward the corresponding educational suggestions on the basis of this.In order not to destroy the authenticity of children's peer communication,this study,based on the principle of truth and objectivity,went deep into the day life of large class children in Anqing A Garden,and took non-participatory observation to record the whole process of rejection in children's peer communication,including the cause of rejection,the strategies and results of peer communication adopted after rejection.In the research method,the observation method and the interview method are adopted to analyze the record accurately and objectively.In the content of the study,we first define the concept of peer communication,rejection and other related concepts,and then show the current situation of peer communication after the rejection of large class children through data analysis,including the content and application of peer communication strategies after the rejection of large class children.Furthermore,on the basis of observation and interview analysis,it is concluded that the content of peer communication strategies after large class children are rejected is rich and reorganized,and the use has the characteristics of initiative,flexibility,situation and difference.Finally,through the study of qualitative outline interview,we found that the influencing factors of peer communication strategies of large-class children include: children's psychological state,children's peer communication experience,children's temperament characteristics and family rearing style.This article is divided into four parts,the first part mainly for peercommunication and communication strategies and children rejected by peers related research literature review,combing the definition of peer communication at home and abroad,characteristics of influencing factors related research,analysis of the differences between rejected and rejected children,as well as the types of peer communication strategies,characteristics,influencing factors,training related discussion,on the basis of this theory to determine the core concepts,and clear research methods,the above provides theoretical basis and research direction.Chapter two is to investigate the status quo of peer communication strategies after rejection.Through field observation in A garden,we can observe the problems in children's peer communication,record the whole process of children's peer communication after rejection,focus on the strategies after rejection,analyze the content and application of communication strategies.The third part is to record the peer communication strategies after rejection through the observation of the children,to analyze and summarize,and to analyze the characteristics of peer communication strategies after rejection,including the content and application characteristics,and to understand the influencing factors of peer communication strategies after rejection,including psychological state,communication experience,temperament characteristics and upbringing style.The fourth part is to study the characteristics of peer communication strategies after rejection and the influencing factors,and put forward some practical methods to improve the effect of peer communication strategies after rejection,so as to form the author's thinking about peer communication strategies after rejection.Peer communication is an important part of children's childhood experience.The level of peer communication strategy determines the quality of children's peer communication,pays attention to the peer communication strategy after the large class children are rejected,and helps guide children to think and distinguish in the difficult situation of communication.Improve children's social communication ability,harvest good childhood friendship.
