Research On Colleges And Universities Boosting The Learning Community Construction Performance And Realization Mechanism

As the foundation of the construction of learning society,a learning community is increasingly apparent with the deepening of the practice of building a learning society in China. Universities are part of the urban community and they are also “the wish library” with a large number of talents and a wealth of educational resources. Colleges and universities should actively take part in the learning community building and give full play to their intellectual advantages to help boosting the development of learning community building. Therefore, this thesis has important theoretical and practical value to study the effectiveness of the learning community construction and its realization mechanism.This paper uses the literature research method and case study method. This paper is divided into three parts. First of all, this paper explain into concept of learning community and according to the theory of lifelong education theory and the function of colleges and universities analysis of the basic performance of the learning community construction. Colleges and universities participate in the construction of learning community can accelerate the process, enhance the learning level and construction level, improve harmonious relationship between community with colleges and universities which to further promote the development of learning society. Secondly, according to the relevant case analysis to understand the reality of Chinese colleges and universities to participate in the learning community construction found that the interaction is not enough between universities and community and boost efficiency cannot play very well. The mainly reason is lack of effectiveness fulfill mechanism, especially lack of government incentive policies and safeguards. Finally, from the three aspects of government, universities and communities to improve countermeasures, and try to establish three parts benign interaction mechanism model,and hope to achieve the maximum effectiveness of the universities to boost learning community building.
