It is true that students' learning is not only about his scores,we need to pay more attention to the students in the learning process of the comprehensive development of the ability.How can the comprehensive development in the attention of students at the same time,it can help students pass the exam smoothly,to achieve the desired score,entered the dream of college is worth our thinking.Under the present educational system,the rate and score will be the school,parents and students to pursue the ultimate goal.In addition,the 2017 Shanghai college entrance examination reform is "3+3",different from the past is that students must choose Chinese?Maths and English,the original 6 elected to 1 become the 6 elected to 3.This will undoubtedly increase the academic pressure of students.Previously only need to pay attention to four lessons,and now to spend more energy in the two courses,then the efficiency of classroom learning is particularly important.If the classroom efficiency is high,can reduce the review after class time,can have more effective time distribution in different subjects;however the classroom efficiency is low,increase the after-school learning tasks,once cause vicious spiral,will make the students have the psychological weariness.In Japan,the concept of learning community was put forward by Mr.Manabu Sato.Learning community is defined by the learners and facilitators(including teachers,experts,counselors etc.)together constitute the group,the group members often communicate in the learning process,and share all kinds of learning resources,complete the learning task,forming relationships mutual influence and mutual promotion.In the learning community,students can not only strengthen exchanges and cooperation with peers,joint research,but also to strengthen the communication between teachers and students.Teachers and students in the learning community are more equal.Students become the main body of the whole class,the teacher is the guide who to help students,the role of the classroom has undergone tremendous changes.The domestic research on learning community is also increasing,but the main research direction of the learning community is mainly: the network virtual,network environment,the development of teachers,etc.,but on the students' learning community research remain less.This study tries to help students improve their learning efficiency by setting up learning community.First of all,is to establish the learning community in the experimental class,and then to study the similarities and differences in the teaching design of the learning community class.Finally,the author uses two classes of controlled trials,research results are as follows: two the results of independent sample T test,there was no significant difference between the scores of two classes for the first time,the second test showed that there is significant difference between the two classes,the learning community can enhance students' learning efficiency.And the author interviews with individual students,through the establishment of learning community can also help students to improve their interest and confidence in learning.
