To assist the marathon Organizing Committee to further improve the construction of safety of medical security system, aware of risk of the marathon runners safety and lower the risk of athletes injury, to ensure the health and safety of participants, This study using the marathon medical security as a breakthrough point, Through literature study, data collection, expert interviews, data analysis and other methods, respectively survey and study on marathon runner, the marathon injuries, event organizers, health workers and volunteers to identify some of the problems that exist in event organization and make recommendations towards the establishment of a scientific medical security system, to protect the health of participants, to ensure the smooth development of the marathon event, The results are as follows:First, the participants do not understand the speciality of the marathon well, From the perspective of the participants, the marathon runners are insufficient in psychological and physical preparation for the competition, and they lack of professional understanding of the marathon, as well as short of systematic training before the game, and the deficient of awareness in personal physical condition and the ability to complete.Second, from the perspective of marathon medical practice, we need to improve medical practitioners on the popularity of the marathon event knowledge and awareness of risk of marathon. before the race we need to develop a detailed and feasible program of medical aid; during the race to establish effective communication network for medical assistance,, so find the problem in time and fix precise position and runner can get rapid treatment; after the race we need to track patient rehabilitation and docking the event insurance cost, but we also do a good job of summing up the work of medical events for the second year of the marathon for more targeted and timely program of marathon, to ensure the medical safety of the events and do not occur any deathsThird, the marathon organizations have improved steadily, event organizers give a higher attention to medical workers, but dealing with emergencies, some staff still have some problems in coordination, in which need to be improved and perfected.Fourth, concerning the marathon security, we need to strengthen publicity and education for players before the game;strengthen medical volunteer training and distribution, to establish effective communication mechanisms during the race, to increase mobile medical inspections during the competition.
