Security Risk Control Research For Shaoxing Amateur Marathon Runners

National Fitness Program(2016-2020)has been carried on extensively with the rapid development of the national economic society and then increasing improvement of the comprehensive strength during the last 5 years.National fitness becomes normal now.Marathon goes on a growth spurt in China and the number of participants is growing exponentially.Marathon has become the most popular and influential mass events gradually.The function of the city are promoted,the social public management ability and governance level of the government are improved an,the reputation of the city is enhanced after holding the international marathon in the city successfully,which boosts the national fitness activities to be carried on more widely and accelerates the development of the city better and faster.The international marathon in the city is a large and complicated systematic project involving more than 10 government departments,which needs to be hosted by the local government,undertaken by the mature operators,organized by sponsors,participated by marathon association and marathon grass-roots organizations and amateur.In the many joint efforts,the sudden death events of runners can be avoided,and the athletic injury of runners in the training and competition can be reduced.If not,it will bring the negative effects to the hosting city and the local government and violate its original intention.It is no time to delay to control the security risk of the amateur marathon runners effectively.The essay focuses on Shaoxing,and investigates and analyzes multi-dimensionally Shaoxing government,organizations in charge,operators,marathon grass-roots organizations and amateur runners by literature research method,survey research methods and field research method.Also it draws experiences of security risk management for runners from domestic and international marathon.Then it studies intensively the status of security risk management for Shaoxing amateur runners,and draws 5 conclusions and brings up the 4 relevant policy proposals.
