The Research Of The Medical Insurance System Of Chinese University Students

Our canonical medical care system is improving in the modern society. However, college students are removing medical safeguard system as special group. The system of our college students’ medical security is still the free medical care system at old times, it is not fit for social development. As for the supplemental insurance such as the commercial insurance, the reformation is not going very smoothly because the commercial insurance does not operate standardly and we lack of our country’s policies’supporting. So, the only way of social medical reform is building the superficial and comprehensive university student medical service safeguard system. The developed countries have rich experience in the medical system of higher education institutions, we should study and use the experience of other countries for reference. College students should be brought into the whole social medical insurance system, which it would be helpful for the establishment. How to betterment the medical security system for college students is a new subject arising in the process of reform and development in higher education institutions in the macroscopic context of the development of socialist market economy and its successive extension into free medical care system.The paper attempts to probe into this new field by means of examples. Through the analysis of the system between the foreign and the domestic college students’ medical safeguards, and the experience of our national rural pensions, they provide the combination of the theories and authentic roof and rationalization proposal for the university student medical service safeguard system. It can also deepen government, university and students’understanding for medical insurance policy, strengthen university student’s realization of medicine guarantees, and be helpful for government to mark appropriate medical insurance system. It is important for us to improve medical security system and solve social security’s problem. The article attempts to investigate about rural pensions by social investigation, statistical figures, and situational analysis to master the first material. Qingdao as the first national rural pensions, we bring the university student’s medical safeguard system into the national society medical service safeguard, it is advanced practice. I will make a systematic exposition in the thesis.
