Adventure Racing games have a quicker development pace in recent years, but we are still at the start line, and there are few research result in this area.This essay uses the literature、questionnaires、interview and comparative analysis to do the research on symbols of 12 Chinese A-Class adventure racing events and AR event aboard, and come up with following major results:1)Symbol design of the adventure racing events still has a great difference between China and abroad which are mainly reflected from the following parts. Domestic adventure racing events still have great deviation in symbol design with International method which can not properly define the spirit of the event;color usage is a mess;imagery we use is not clear enough to show the meaning of the event.2)The preferences of domestic masses are majorly in following parts: The imagery that is used in the symbol designing elements is the key to success. On the creative part of the design phase, the masses prefer to accept the creation of theory but not the image;As for the design style, the public think the style we use to design a symbol should reflect both the thrilling and the safe parts of the event. Imagery of nature、 human being as well as apparatus elements will get more favorability compared to others.3)Symbol of domestic adventure racing events have made good usage on designed product stadium landscape and city landscape, but there are still two major deficiency of the utility phase:first of all, here are no specific rules about the symbol design of the adventure racing which makes the bad utility. Secondly, there are not enough construction of event image on the internet.To make the propaganda and image construction become better and better, the organizers of the events should do more job on the establishment of the visual image, and use great symbols which have unique style to make the events a better one..
