Theretical And Practice Study On The Organization Structure Of Adventure Racing In China

With the popularization of Outdoor sports and reformation of sports events, adventures racing emerging as a new sport event in China at the beginning of this century. There have many characteristics and problems of AR different from general sport events. The theory expounded of these characteristics and problems is not only concern about the healthy and sustainable development of AR, but also has the significance of human fitness and the popularity of outdoor sports.In this study, using the relevant principles of management, physical education and marketing as theoretical basis, participating in AR's organization works to makes depth practice of investigation, then find out reality problems at the process of organizations and need of basic research. Combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical and normative, historical analysis and comparative analysis, based on the following three parts to carry on theory organization system theory and empirical research of AR.Part one, exploration at current situation and basic theoretical problems of Chinese AR.This section is about the formation and development of AR. AR is a combination of two or more endurance disciplines, including orienteering (if an orienteering map is used) and/or navigation (when non-orienteering maps are used), cross-country running, mountain biking, paddling and climbing and related rope skills and so on, AR required all team members finish the match with minimum of time using, and native natural environment as the main arena. The basic characteristic of AR conclude adventure experience in natural environment, a variety of alternate sub-race to challenge the limits of humans body, driving sports equipment with human (animal) strength, co-mix sex team and combination of orienteering or navigation with other activities.Part two, organization theory, environment and strategic of AR.Analysis and evaluation the outside, mask, inner environment of AR as the foundation to define type and components of organizational strategy. Summarize and analysis the event evaluation, bid approvals, and master plan to make the initial construction of AR sport events organization.Part three, implement and control of AR sport events. Makes rules and technical officials as the main objective of competition management, gives specific recommendation and measures of referee selection, training and supervision. Analysis the cause of human body safety accident, then made risk management strategies, including best operating area model, safety education and mountain rescue system. Makes brand image, media publicity and marketing development as the perspective of AR sport events to give development recommendations and improvements.
