Classroom teaching is the main teaching forms of Modern school educations. However, In thecourse of daily teaching,the classroom misbehavior (classroom misbehaviors in this paper are thestudents’ behaviors happened in the classroom,which violate classroom rules, interrupt classroomteaching activities or affect classroom teaching efficiency) is prevalent and it plagued the front-lineteachers and education researchers all the time.Because it is not only seriously affectteachers’educational and teaching activities,but also hinder themselves and the others with normallearning.If handled improperly,it will influence the harmonious relationship between teachers andstudents.The author sprouted the idea of anempirical study on the behavior of pupils classroomproblem because of it’s negativity and universality. It has great significance to improve theefficiency of classroom teaching,the management of classroom teaching ability of teachers andpromote the harmonious development of teachers and students.Based on advanced theories and experiences from scholars and participants home andabroad,the paper choose198students and56teachers as objects of study,who are from Cixi Aprimary school,this dissertation tries to survey and analyze the characteristic of pupils classroommisbehavior in frequency,gender,age and accurrence time,cause of misbehaviors,teachers’ways ofdealing with misbehaviors and pupils’ psychological feeling by literature study, survey procedureand observation from the angels of students and teachers. The paper obtains the followingconclusions:1.The more frequent classroom behavior are mild.2.In incidence respect,high grade students’ misbehaviors are more than low grade students’and boys’ misbehaviors are more than girls’.3.Pupils classroom misbehavior show a certain regularity in time.4.Pupils classroom misbehavior caused by students, teachers and the external environmentalfactors.5.Teachers choose different treatment options according to severity of classroommisbehaviors.6.Pupils’ psychological feelings are different because of teachers’ different processing mode.In view of the above research conclusion,the paper propose some suggestions about how toimprove the pupils’ classroom misbehavior.They’re in respect of constitution of classroom rules,classroom teaching schedule, students’ self-control cultivation, teachers’ ability of teaching and managing, the attention on pupils’ feeling and teachers’ processing mode.In the end, the paperrefine six general strategy: ignore deliberately, point only, guide actively, criticize appropriately,punish effectively and translate after class.
