Education is carrying the country’s future,people’s expectations.The language course is a foundation course,the language teacher on the all-round development of the countryside student’s personality play an important role, so to improve the professional knowledge and skills of the rural middle school language teacher has become an inevitable choice of rural Chinese education teaching.This thesis is divided into four aspects.Through questionnaires and interviews to the professional development of Chinese teachers in rural middle school,find the existing problems,from the teachers themselves and the external environment combing analysis the cause of these problems.Teacher’s is mainly the lack of consciousness of teacher professional development,teachers of Chinese professional quality is not high,professional attitude and motivation should be improved;external environment is mainly content of teacher training is not applicable,unequal opportunity of training,training funding, training evaluation is not reasonable.Then focuses on the feasibility of rural middle school Chinese teachers’ professional development way and strategy, methods,In this part of the innovation of the protection of rural students,enhance the sense of achievement of teachers’ education.
