| College students are dealing with big employment issue when mass high education is on the road where every year millions of college undergraduates pour into the job market. Informal employment firstly rose in developing countries, shows light upon how China handles its own job issue. In the background of "massive business innovation", college undergraduates’join in informal employment shall relieve job market press and release young students’innovation enthusiasm.The paper begins with the exploring of the connotation of informal employment with the help of existing research both in China and abroad, combing the track and trail of informal employment and sorting out of the concept of informal employment and similar concept. By which, the paper explores the cause, trail and difficulties in college students’informal employment. This research mainly use quantitative research methods, made an investigation an analysis on college students in Nanjing to find out their perception, selection and difficulties encountering in informal employment. The results showed that most students know little about informal employment and encounter problems as old employment concept, lean income, lose labor relations and insufficient social security in informal employment. In order to explore the reasons behind these problems, we find out that mainly barrio factors of college students, college and social system are the key and further digging lead to reasons of concept, education and systems.On the basis of previous research, the paper came to strategies in multiple levels of college students, college and system so as to improve college undergraduates’ employment and especially informal employment. |
