In the process of weight bearing walking, human muscles will get tired. Fatigue can cause muscle damage problems. Aimed at the working state of the human body muscle weight walking conditions were studied can obtain the state parameters of muscle activity, provides the reference basis for the rehabilitation training. Thus it is significant to make a research of muscle’s condition working for single arm hand weight bearing walking. In this paper, I mainly study a research of the SEMG characteristics of the human body single arm walking hand load of upper limb and lower limb.This research collected the normal young people to carry on the electromyographic signal by EMG acquisition system. Collected AEMG and MPF of walk don’t load and different load conditions. The quality of the test weight load respectively, of 0%, of its weight,5%,10%,15%. Right arm was on load weight and left arm wasn’t on load weight. Subject to the same speed walking 30 minutes. From zero moment, every 5minutes on a data acquisition, subjects every 10 minutes on a subjective assessment. I adopt biceps brachii, triceps brachii, brachioradialis, extensor digitorum, bone rectus, biceps femoris muscles, tibialis anterior muscles, lateral gastrocnemius for measuring. According to the experiment get accurate evaluation index based on SEMG AEMG and MPF eigenvalue, using SPSS statistical analysis software to standardize data processing, compared the methods of electrical characteristics between muscles.As analyzed above, it is concluded that the human body in different walking load of upper limb and lower limb muscle function had the differences between men and women. And with the increase of load, the more differences between men and women. Male on both side of upper limb muscle large difference did not exist bilateral symmetry, difference on both sides of lower limbs muscle,bilateral symmetry. Female and male about symmetry was the same.; The human body upon completion of the single arm hand in the process of the different weight to walk, male with the biggest muscle tibialis anterior muscle of lower limb and arm on the right side of the radial muscle of humerus, and the smallest muscle was the arm on the left side of the extensor. Female with the biggest muscle tibialis anterior muscle for and of the right upper brachial radial muscle. Power is the smallest for upper left refers to the extensor muscles and lower limb bone rectus muscle. Male most likely to appear tired muscles for lower limb of the gastrocnemius laterally and humerus oar of the right upper arm muscle. Female was most susceptible to fatigue of muscle of lower limb gastrocnemius laterally, the left side of the upper limb biceps and humerus oar of the right upper arm muscle. Female walking in different load, the right side of the biceps, the right radial muscle fatigue was seen most of humerus.Male when the load reached 11% of their body weight to hand the upper limit load, female when the load reached 7% of their body weight to hand the upper limit load.In this paper. the research for long time single arm hand weight walking man provide reasonable reference data and advice. Avoid muscle damage due to excessive weight production. To provide a lot of basis weight of improved at the same time, provide a reference for rehabilitation training and rehabilitation medical judgment basis.
