In this paper,surface electromyography technology is used to collect the subject's crawl swimming,wear resistance pants,and weight-bearing belt two special strength training auxiliary equipment for crawl training.The surface electromyogram of each major muscle is used to understand the two types of wear based on the test results.The surface electromyographic characteristics and differences of the main muscles during the crawling exercises in the special water strength training method.Afterwards,through the experiment,two training methods of resistance pants and weight-bearing belts were used to conduct an eight-week training intervention on the experimental subjects,and finally the maximum strength of swimming,average power of swimming,performance and other evaluation indicators were used to evaluate the specific strength of the subjects.An evaluation was conducted to compare the differences in training effects between the two training methods.Use surface EMG technology to study the level of muscle electrical signals of resistance pants and weight-bearing belts,two commonly used special strength training methods,and explore the similarities and differences of surface EMG of each major muscle during training with the two training methods to reveal its internal Regular characteristics,and try to explain the reasons for the post-training effect,to provide a reference for further understanding of these two training methods.This study provides a reference for choosing more effective training methods for water specific strength training and improving the efficiency of special strength training in crawling water.Mainly use expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical analysis method and other methods.The results are as follows: the activation time of the pectoralis major muscles in the resistance pants test group and the activation time of the biceps and pectoralis major muscles in the weight-bearing belt test group are significantly different from those in crawl swimming;In the water stage,the ulnar wrist flexor,biceps,triceps,and gluteus maximus of the resistance pants test group had significantly less work percentage than weight-bearing belt training.During the inward stroke phase,the percentage of work done by the biceps,triceps,and latissimus dorsi muscles in the resistance pants test group was significantly greater than the weightbearing belt test group.During the outward stroke,the percentage of work done by the triceps and deltoid muscles in the resistance pants test group was greater than the weight-bearing belt test group.In the stage of arm movement in the air,the percentage of work done by the biceps femoris and gastrocnemius muscles in the resistance pants test group was significantly lower than that of the weight-bearing belt group;the maximum strength of crawling swim,the maximum strength of kicking swim,the average power of swimming in experiment group 25 There are significant differences between the results of kicking,rowing and 50-meter.There is a significant difference between the maximum strength of the kicking swim,the 25-meter kicking performance and the maximum strength of the crawling swim of the experimental group two;The results are significantly different from the experimental group two.Concluded as follow:(1)Resistance pants training has a significant training effect on improving the maximum strength of rowing swimmers,25 m rower performance,and the average power of swimmers,and the training effect is better than the weight-bearing belt.Resistance pants training and weight-bearing belt training can improve the maximum strength of kicking swim and 25-meter kicking performance,but there is no obvious difference in training effect between the two.(2)Both training methods can improve the specific strength of the lower extremities.In addition,the resistance pants training has a more obvious effect on the training of the upper extremities.(3)Compared with weight-bearing belt training,resistance pants training has a force sequence and activation time that is more similar to crawl swimming and more in line with the crawl swimming force mode.(4)The water entry to the upstroke stage in a cycle of crawl swimming: weightbearing belt training is more stimulating to the ulnar wrist flexors,biceps,and triceps of crawl swimming than resistance pants training.Inner and upper stroke stages:Resistance pants training stimulates the main dynamic muscle groups of the upper limbs of the crawl more deeply.
