Research purposes:When the suitcase is used,it belongs to unilateral load-bearing,and the human body is overloaded for a long time,which is easy to cause a series of damage problems such as feet and back.Previous studies the results show that the asymmetry of load during unilateral load-bearing walking will lead to the increase of trunk lateral bending and trunk forward inclination,resulting in a higher perception level of low back pain.The experiment of surface electromyography test is simple and convenient,and has little interference with technical action.From the perspective of surface electromyography signal,it is less to study the muscle fatigue characteristics of different ways of moving luggage walking in China.For the use of walking the surface EMG data of trunk and upper limb during suitcase walking are analyzed to find out the influence of different weight and movement mode on the surface EMG signals of main working muscles of trunk and upper limb during walking.Research method:In this paper,the surface electromyography tester is used to collect the surface electromyography signals of latissimus dorsi,erector spinalis,rectus abdominis,transverse abdominal muscle,multifidus muscle,triceps brachii,posterior bundle of deltoid muscle and pronator teres muscle during normal walking without load,unilateral pushing and unilateral pulling of suitcases with different weights.In the experiment,the subjects will walk on the flat ground without weight,with 10%,15% and 20% of their own weight.The research indexes include integral electromyography(i EMG)and average power frequency(MPF)of surface electromyography signal.Emgworks analysis software is used to standardize and calculate the data.Using SPSS 26 statistical software,two-factor analysis of variance was used to examine the influence of two factors of push,pull and box weight on the EMG signal on the surface of each muscle.influence of electrical signals.Paired samples t-test was used to examine the effect of push and pull methods on muscle i EMG,MPF values.Research results:(1)Weight bearing had a significant effect on some muscles,including erector spinalis and triceps brachii i EMG,P < 0.05;It has a significant effect on i EMG of pronator teres muscle,P value is less than 0.01.Weight bearing had no significant effect on i EMG of latissimus dorsi,multifidus,rectus abdominis,transverse abdominal muscle and posterior deltoid bundle,and the test p value was greater than 0.05.(2)The movement mode had a significant effect on some muscles,and the multifidus and triceps had a significant effect,P < 0.05;It had a significant effect on i EMG of erector spinae muscle and pronator teres muscle,P value was less than 0.01.The integral EMG values of erector spinalis,multifidus,triceps brachii and pronator teres were greatly affected by the movement mode.(3)Movement mode,weight bearing,and the interaction between movement mode and weight bearing have different effects on i EMG of each muscle.Among them,the movement mode affected 5 muscles,and the weight bearing affected 3 muscles.The interaction between the movement mode and the load bearing only had a significant effect on the i EMG of the pronator teres.(4)Walking time had a significant effect on the erector spinalis and triceps brachii during contralateral suitcase walking,P value was less than 0.05,and had a significant effect on multifidus muscle,P value was less than 0.01;It had a significant effect on multifidus muscle,triceps brachii and pronator teres muscle when walking with the trunk pulled back,P value less than 0.05,and had a significant effect on the posterior bundle of deltoid muscle,P value less than 0.01;Walking time had a significant effect on multifidus muscle and triceps brachii muscle when moving suitcases in different ways,P value was less than 0.05.Research conclusions:(1)Different ways of moving suitcase walking had significant effects on i EMG of lumbar muscles and some upper limb muscles;Weight bearing had a significant effect on i EMG of some waist and upper limb muscles.(2)Long unilateral load-bearing time will cause muscle fatigue.It is recommended that the load-bearing weight should not exceed 15% of its own weight,and the load-bearing time should not be too long.(3)Moving the trunk for a long time is most likely to cause damage to the lower waist.It is recommended to pull the trunk back during use.
