Research On Cultivation Of College Students’ Career Choice View By Thinking Politics In Agriculture And Forestry Colleges

To comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the CPC.The implementation of this strategy needs a large number of agricultural and forestry talents as support.Agriculture and forestry colleges shoulder the great mission of training talents for rural revitalization and are the talent guarantee bases for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.However,some graduates of agriculture and forestry colleges are reluctant to find jobs or start businesses in agriculture and rural areas,resulting in a shortage of talents for rural revitalization and affecting the overall progress of rural revitalization.Concept is the forerunner of action,and college students’ career view affects their career choice behavior.As the concentrated reflection of college students’ world outlook,outlook on life and values,career choice view is the direct embodiment of the effect of moral cultivation in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of college students’ career choice view.The cultivation of career choice view needs many efforts to be effective,and vigorously developing the ideological and political construction of college curriculum is one of the important ways.Ideological and political courses in colleges and universities pay equal attention to intellectual education and moral education,professional knowledge imparting and value guiding,give full play to the role of professional teachers in moral education and value guiding in teaching,put ideological and political education through the whole process of talent cultivation,and comprehensively implement the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.In agriculture,forestry and promote the building of political education course in colleges and universities,in agriculture,forestry and professional view implementation of all the course teaching to foster and organic integration of education teaching,to help college students set up correct view of agriculture and forestry,for comprehensively promoting the modernization of rural development and agriculture and rural areas to foster more high-quality talented person has important strategic and practical significance.In this paper,through understanding the current situation of college students’ career choice view in agriculture and forestry colleges,based on the ideological and political construction of courses in agriculture and forestry colleges,the reasons for the problems in college students’ career choice view and cultivation strategies are studied.First,explain the concepts.This paper mainly introduces the concept of college students’ career choice concept and curriculum ideology and politics,and discusses the role of curriculum ideology and politics in cultivating college students’ career choice concept from four aspects:cognition,emotion,will and ability of career choice.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of cultivation of college students’ career choice view by ideological and political curriculum in agriculture and forestry colleges.With the help of questionnaire survey method,this paper studies the current situation of college students’ career choice view in agriculture and forestry colleges.According to the feedback data of 1684 questionnaires,this paper analyzes the positive changes and existing problems of college students’ career choice view in agriculture and forestry colleges,and analyzes the reasons for the problems based on the ideological and political construction of courses in agriculture and forestry colleges.Finally,the paper explores the strategies of cultivating college students’ career choice view through the course ideology and politics in agriculture and forestry colleges.Combined with the analysis of the above,cultivate strategy mainly from strengthen team construction,expand the content construction,optimization methods and build the linkage mechanism four perspective,to make up for agriculture and forestry university curriculum view education for college students to foster the deficiency,the firmness of agriculture and forestry college students for the service of rural modernization of agriculture and rural comprehensive revitalization of the struggle for life career ideal.
