This paper, taking more than nine secondary volleyball players as the test object, and all of them are men. The excellent volleyball players in 4 a jump ball movement process, do the quantitative analysis of kinematics and dynamics process of takeoff action, so as to reveal the volleyball takeoff action of kinematics and dynamics characteristics. Mainly adopts the methods including literature method, test method and mathematical statistics.According to the change of the Centre of gravity, volleyball players’ step spike can be divided into three phases:the earlier cushion phase, the older cushion, pedal and stretch phase.The main indicators:the F-t dynamic curve of two sides, the moment of left foot touchdown of lower limb joint-angles, center of gravity low lower limb joint-angles, the time characteristics of each stage, horizontal speed and vertical speed characteristics and the movement and dynamic index correlation analysis with take-off height H, According to the predecessors research results and the research, the subjects are grouped for discussion. Research conclusions are as follows:Conclusion one:When taking off, the F-t power curve shape of the left-foot and right foot is similar, but on the right side of the buffer period is longer than the other; behavioral sequence of lower limb joint is hip, knee, ankle, namely large joints drive small joints.Conclusion two:When left foot-landing and center of gravity low, there is no difference between left and right sides of the hip Angles, and the Angle of the right knee and ankle joints are smaller than on the left side, buffer amplitude, the left side is bigger than on the right side.Conclusion three:because his right foot first, lower limb on the left side of the buffer significantly longer than lower limb left foot buffer, late in the early stage of the buffer and buffer, left and right sides of the lower limb joint Ang,le change is obvious different, changes in the stretching issue left-and right sides of the lower limb joints are basically the same.
