The realization of social fairness and justice is one of the social ideal that pursued by the party, the country and the broad masses of the people, especially when now our country is in an important transition period with the goal of carrying on comprehensively deep reform, and with the fact that various social contradictions have made the justice in a more prominent position. In order to realize the social justice, firstly we must make the people living in the society form a scientific and just cognition of the social development, that is, establish the socialist concept of justice. As the builders and successors of the socialist cause, college students’ concepts of justice and behavior conduct are not only in relation to the person’s healthy growth, but also to the development of national justice construction and the cause of socialism. Thus, as the important content of Ideological and political education, colleges and universities must shoulder the responsibility of educating the college students’ view of justice, and actively guide the students to establish and practice the socialist concept of justice.There have been tremendous theoretical researches on the concept of fairness and impartial view at home and abroad, but few of them are about “educating the college students’ view of justice”, especially of its content, methods, and importance. In addition, questionnaires have also shown that although the college students’ view of justice is generally in line with the mainstream view of our society today, but there still are scores of students deviating from the proper understanding and practice of the social justice. What’s more, to those who have show a good momentum of college education fairness, there also exist issues that positioning is not clear, content is not systematic, means is too single, faculty is too weak, education force needs to be improved etc., seriously hindering the development and realization of the justice education activities. Based on the status analysis, it is found that the causes of these problems are as follows: the main parties to the concept of justice and the importance of education is still not enough, the relevant theoretical research is relatively weak, and some bad phenomena of justice view education bring greater challenges.Therefore, in order to guarantee the fairness of the education of college students’ view of justice and the effectiveness of education of enhancement, first of all, we need to optimize the environment of the society through the perfection of system construction, the purification of public opinion environment and the enrichment of theoretical study, thereby eliminating the negative impact of external environment to the view of justice. Secondly, we must let the school’s leading role come to play, not only adding the systematic justice education into the ideological and political theory class, but also ensuring the justice view education developing smoothly through enriching the education patterns and strengthening the building of teaching faculties. Thirdly, we also cannot ignore the important role of family education and students’ self education in justice view education. From the aspect of families, the parents should not only shoulder the responsibility of education, but also enforce their cooperation with the school to play their respective advantages in education; From the aspect of the students themselves, they should subjectively educate themselves, and internalize the view of justice education content as its own code of conduct, so as to realize the ultimate goal of college students’ view of education.
