Classroom management is the core part in teacher’s work. Traditionally, teacher is aimed at controlling children of the work. However, now, researchers believe that children are the center in the classroom, so teachers should encourage children to join in the classroom activities, which decrease teachers’ work and keep an effective class. To explore teacher-child interactions in different levels of teachers’ management, the study selected the most usual activities in the classroom management, which are teaching activities, sports, group activities, transition activities and lunch. According to years of the work and professional title, the study divides teachers into three types:novice teacher, experienced teacher, expertise teachers. Researchers randomly selected 24 teachers in the middle class from Shanghai kindergartens (7 novice teachers,10 experienced teachers,7 expertise teachers), and make videos of those teachers in five activities of the classroom management. Two raters gave scores for those teachers’ videos based on the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS), which include three domains and ten scales. The research showed that in emotional support, scores of three types of teachers are the highest at the average; In classroom management, scores of three types of teachers are in the middle at the average; In instructional support, scores of the three types of teachers are the lowest at the average. The research also found that in emotional support, experienced teachers are better than novice teachers, expertise teachers are better than novice teachers, especially in teacher sensitivity and regard for student perspectives In classroom management, expert teachers are better than novice teachers, especially in the productivity. In instruction support, novice teachers and experienced teachers and expert teachers have no significance.
