In 2010, the national large-scale student physique survey report shows that college students physical fitness continued to decline. To solve the above problems, this paper takes 6 colleges in Beijing non-professional sports college students as the research object, through the physical exercise behavior and influence factor questionnaire analyzed the influencing factors of physical activity. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The questionnaire of College Students’physical exercise and influence factors in Beijing had good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the exercise behavior and influence factors of Beijing students.(2) Tendency factor, contributing factor and strengthening factor were the main factors that influence the college students’physical activity behavior, the three can be combined with the 53.2%of the total amount of physical exercise behavior variables. On the influence factors of College Students’physical exercise behavior, the contribution of the predisposing to variation is the largest, enabling factors to the contribution secondly, and the contribution of reinforcing factors is third.(3) In the exercise intensity liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science students.(4) Boys are more likely than girls to be influenced by the tendency of exercise efficiency and the value of exercise. Factors such as social media, public media have significant effect on the boys than girls.(5) In the exercise cognitive value and exercise motivation, students in grade 2 and grade 1 were significantly higher than those in grade 3and grade4, In the Factors such as physical education curriculum the students in gradel were higher than those in Grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4. In the Social support and social media figures, students in grade 2 and grade 1 were significantly higher than those in grade 3and grade4.(6) In the long-term fitness exercises the boys core were significantly higher than girls. In the weekly exercise frequency the boys core were significantly higher than girls. In the exercise intensity the boys core were significantly higher than that in boys.
