With the rapid development of the times,the health problems of adolescents as the future of the country have become the key issues of concern to the whole society.To help China 's youth grow up healthily,the state has formulated a series of corresponding policies,such as the “Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline” and “National Fitness Program(2016-2020)” issued in 2016.These policies all emphasize school health education.importance.As an important carrier of school health education,physical education and health courses are an important means of implementing health education.High school physical education and health education courses have a clear and comprehensive nature.It is a course that focuses on physical education while fully integrating the content of health education.It is based on the enhancement of students 'physical health and the improvement of students' physical qualities.It emphasizes the multiple contents,multiple functions and multiple values contained in the framework of physical education courses.At present,high school physical education and health courses mainly focus on learning motor skills and physical fitness.In actual physical education courses,the teaching of health education modules is ignored.This paper studies and analyzes the high school physical education teachers,high school students,school leaders in charge and the factors that affect the implementation of health education in physical education and health courses through the literature method,survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,and uses PRECEDE theory to explain Kaifeng City The problems that exist in the implementation of the health education module teaching in the physical education and health courses of various high schools,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the problems,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the effective implementation of health education in the physical education and health courses of the high schools in Kaifeng.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:The influencing factors that affect the implementation of the health education module in the physical education and health courses in senior high schools in Kaifeng City are mainly divided into three categories,namely,tendency factors,contributing factors,and strengthening factors.The inclination factors include the inclination factors of physical education teachers:(1)Lack of effective,comprehensive,and scientific health education knowledge channels;(2)Deviations in cognition of carrying out health education module teaching in physical education and health courses.Students' predisposition factors:(1)Kaifeng City high school students have low awareness of health education knowledge;(2)Kaifeng City high school students have insufficient knowledge of the health education module;(3)Kaifeng City high school students have a high demand for health education module knowledge content.Schools in charge of leadership inclination factors: School leaders have insufficient awareness of the health education module in physical education and health courses.The contributing factors mainly include the contributing factors of physical education teachers:(1)The structure of the physical education teachers in Kaifeng is not reasonable;(2)The physical education teachers have a single form of teaching,insufficient class hours,incomplete teaching content,untargeted teaching organization,backward teaching methods and no learning Evaluation method.The main contributing factors for students are:(1)The high school students in Kaifeng lack effective,comprehensive and scientific knowledge channels for health education.(2)The content of physical education and health courses is not perfect.Schools in charge of leading factors: The health education work plan arranged by the school is not comprehensive.The strengthening factors include the strengthening factors of physical education teachers:(1)The demand for training of physical education teachers has not been met;(2)The lack of incentive effect for the salary system of physical education teachers,the evaluation standard of professional titles needs to be further improved.Student reinforcement factors: Kaifeng City high school students are less satisfied with the health education module teaching.The strengthening factors of the school in charge of leadership are: The school's assessment system for physical education teachers is not meticulous and comprehensive.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors that affect the implementation of the health education module content in the physical education and health curriculum of senior high schools in Kaifeng,the following suggestions are made:(1)Based on the "knowledge,belief and behavior model",establish a correct health education concept(2)Use new media to promote and learn sports health education knowledge.(3)Optimize and improve the structure of senior high school physical education teachers in Kaifeng(4)Develop a unique school-based health education curriculum,enrich the content of health education,and develop new teaching methods.(5)Learn from the "American School Health Promotion Plan" to improve the health education teaching plan.(6)Train sports teachers on the topic of post-employment health education.(7)Improve the status of physical education teachers and enhance the job satisfaction of physical education teachers(8)Establish a health education curriculum evaluation system and a health education supervision agency.
