Vibration training is refers to the use of vibration instrument, overcome external gravity or the force of its own gravity, of the body or a body part of the nerve muscle tension changes, so as to improve the motor function training method. Including full vibration training and local vibration training. This training method can use less load effectively improve muscle of maximum strength and explosive force, have attracted the attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad, in foreign countries, vibration training, whether it is really high level athletics training or in public health, vibration training have been better development and application.The read a lot of literature study and expert interview to understand the impact of body function and the principle of vibration training and with special badminton combination, formulate a set for the upper limb strength training program, and through analysis:a comparative study on subjects related results, draw the following conclusions:Conclusion:both vibration training and traditional strength training of badminton forehand clear, smash and the backhand forehand clear can have a positive impact, before and after the experiment have varying degrees of increase.Conclusion:on the forehand strike the lofty ball. The vibration group in tested when peak power and angular velocity has significant change (P<0.05).Conclusion:the smash longitudinal within group comparison, vibration of the experimental group before and after the smash when peak power has significant changes (P<0.05), and angular velocity variation is not obvious.Conclusion four backhand Golf contrast, vibration group of individuals at the beginning and end of the experiment, backhand lofty goals of the angular velocity did not change significantly, and variation of peak power with significant changes.Conclusion 5:horizontal comparison between groups, the effects of two training methods on badminton players forehand clear and forehand smash produce no significant differences, before and after the experiment, the experimental group and the control group backhand forehand clear test results, in the process of swing angular velocity change was not statistically significant, and change of power has significantly (P< 0.05).
