Under The Background Of Sunshine Sports Elementary School For The Research Of National Traditional Sports Events

In this paper, under the background of sunshine sports school to carry out the national traditional sports as the research object, by four cypress elementary school in xicheng district of Beijing, stretching, yellow LiuYin Street elementary school, elementary school campus (the original quang after primary school), protecting temple elementary school, the Beijing second experiment elementary school (jade taoyuan campus) 470 students in grade four, five elementary schools of 21 teachers and 10 elementary school principals and academic director for research object, and through the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, teaching experiment method are analyzed. The following conclusions:(1) Nnder the background of sunshine sports in Beijing xicheng district elementary school students to take part in the traditional ethnic sports interest, have certain practice time and place with the national traditional sports into the condition of the elementary school sports.(2) The traditional ethnic sports to site size requirement is not high characteristics consistent with the characteristics of the xicheng district of Beijing area small, easy to conduct in school sports.(3) The Beijing xicheng district elementary school leadership, physical education teachers in our school, with clear support the development of traditional ethnic sports but lack of traditional ethnic sports to study. Xicheng district of Beijing traditional sports less funding, teachers, students are not satisfied with the existing national traditional sports equipment existing, affect the national traditional sports into the elementary school sports.(4) In terms of exercise the student’s physical quality, national traditional sports (jumping rope and playing sandbags) can achieve the effect of modern sports teaching activities (level 2), the elementary school sports can be appropriate to introduce national traditional sports.(5) In the students physical and mental aspects of entertainment, national traditional sports (jumping rope and playing sandbags) effect is far higher than that of modern sports teaching activities (level 2), the elementary school sports can be appropriate to introduce national traditional sports, improve the enthusiasm of students participate in sports.
