Traditional ethnic sports entering the campus is not only the objective requirement of the development of school physical education in modern society,but also an important path for the inheritance of traditional ethnic sports impacted by modern culture in the new era.The reform of physical education in Beijing featuring "One School,One Specialty" has been carried out at 38 schools in 16 districts since September,2016.Among them,the High School Affiliated to Beijing International Studies University has taken the "One School,One Specialty"physical education reform at its core.On the basis of the original projects with ethnic characteristics,the school has developed a brand with traditional ethnic sports as its characteristics,added school-based courses of physical education of traditional ethnic sports,and played a dual role in protecting and developing the traditional sports culture of the Chinese nation."One School,One Specialty"physical education reform conforms to the development of the times and is a new starting point of contemporary school running concept.However,compared with the previous teaching mode,its development is still at an immature stage.It is necessary to investigate and study the specific implementation of traditional ethnic sports education in the reform of "One School,One Specialty" physical education in Beijing.This paper selects the "One School,One Specialty" traditional ethnic sports teaching reform of the High School Affiliated to Beijing International Studies University as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature research,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.to probe into the current situation of sports development,classification of traditional ethnic sports and implementation mechanism in the process of teaching reform,and summarizes the innovative content and experience of its teaching reform.From the perspective of structural functionalism,this paper analyzes the impact of teaching reform on the four dimensions of school physical education,teachers’ professional development,students’ all-round development and home-school cooperation,and gives full play to the educational function of physical education.This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the process of the teaching reform,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies.The research conclusions are as follows:1.the High School Affiliated to Beijing International Studies University seizes the opportunity of the "One School,One Specialty" physical education reform in Beijing,establishes the traditional ethnic sports brand in combination with the characteristics of the school,and further promotes the development of traditional ethnic sports curriculum,interesting traditional ethnic sports class practice,the all-member traditional ethnic sports games and the multi-disciplinary traditional ethnic sports integration curriculum.The ethnic physical education courses and activities carried out by the school are deeply loved by the students,which provides good conditions and a guarantee for the students to establish a good concept of sports,form the habit of lifelong exercise,promote the development of physical and mental health,and enhance the awareness of a community for the Chinese nation.2."One School,One Specialty" traditional ethnic sports teaching reform has driven the overall development of the High School Affiliated to Beijing International Studies University.It promotes the form of school sports atmosphere through the school culture wall,56 ethnic groups culture shirts and other ways,and promotes the combination of moral education and physical education.The implementation of multi-disciplinary integration curriculum of traditional ethnic sports has promoted the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability and stimulated teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in sports.Students’ physical quality has been significantly improved,and their mental outlook has also been significantly improved.Under the influence of traditional ethnic sports culture,students’awareness of a community for the Chinese nation has been significantly enhanced.The school has formed a new internal and external linkage mode of home-school cooperation+community cooperation,and parents and schools work together to promote the healthy growth of students.3.“One School,One Specialty" ethnic sports teaching reform of the High School Affiliated to Beijing International Studies University has some shortcomings,such as the lack of cultural connotation in the practice of ethnic sports courses,the inadequate connection of sports items in each school segment,and the incomplete allocation of ethnic sports equipment.It is proposed to pay attention to the cultural connotation of ethnic sports education,to highlight the educational value of cultural education,and design the advanced model of ethnic sports according to the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,proper use of social resources,sufficient ethnic sports equipment and other optimization strategies.
