Football originated from a kind of ball game "Cuju" in ancient China. After the Arabs spread to Europe, and developed into modern football. In today’s world,football is the most widely influential sports team project, and hundreds of millions of people are concerned about it. People all over the world like football, and it is known as "the first game in the world".Football level is also an important embodiment of the strength of a country.Throughout the world, the football powers in the world have shown a strong level of movement and competitiveness in a variety of games of world,and the reason is that it has general attention to the cultivation of football reserve talents.Now, the development of football in our country is in the trough. Since football schools, clubs and other training of football reserve talents failed, Chinese football lost the support of the masses. Lacking of any movement in the mass base, it is bound to be like water without a source and a tree without roots.The cultivation of young football reserve talents is an important foundation of growing strength of China football and coming into the world football. It provides a steady stream of power for the ways of Chinese football.2015 March 16 in the national officially China officially announced the much document Chinese football reform development overall plan. It is not only a programmatic document for the reform and development of Chinese football, but also is a landmark event in the history of Chinese sports.The document increases the number of special football schools all over the world, and increases the support of the special football school.The study analyses junior high school football developing status in Changchun City and the students’ demand and resource’s supply by literature material method, field survey method, questionnaire survey method,expert interview method, mathematical statistics, variance analysis method.It has the following conclusions:1.Most of the students think that the teaching level of teachers has been unable to meet the needs of the students.Training and the number of equipment of extracurricular activities has also failed to meet the needs of students.2.Most of the students are not satisfied with the atmosphere and the propaganda of the campus football. The school should strengthen the propaganda and atmosphere of the campus football.In the survey of providing convenient facilities before and after exercise, improving incentive activities, riching activities’ contents, increasing the number of activities and other demand different grades and different gender students,more students choose to increase the number of activities, next is rich forms and contents.Among students of different genders and different grades, most students think that the number of football courses should be increased to meet the needs of their time.3.Among students of different genders and different grades, most students support the school teams composed by class teams, grade teams stepwise selection forms.Most of the boys are eager to participate in school football training, and girls have an average attitude fort various selection. The students of Grade seven are eagerto participate in football training compared with Grade eight, Grade nine and the number of Grade seven is more than the number of Grade eight and Grade nine.
