Human resource supply and demand information is an important resource of labor factor market,which not only reflects the situation of labor supply and demand,but also guides the flow and allocation of human resources.The establishment of a scientific information monitoring system for supply and demand of human resources market,as an important part of the government's implementation of market supervision and service,can provide decision-making and analysis support for the government's macro-control,guarantee the steady operation of the human resources market and promote the optimal allocation of human resources.At present,it is urgent to improve the information monitoring capacity of human resource market supply and demand in Guangzhou.This paper conducts empirical research from the aspects of monitoring capacity evaluation,monitoring system architecture,analysis and evaluation,monitoring and early warning,etc.,so as to provide countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the monitoring capacity.Main research results: first,the connotation and concept of the implementation of human resource market information monitoring in the public sector are systematically summarized;The second is to construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the human resources market supply and demand information monitoring ability.The third is to build a monitoring system model and put forward a relatively complete functional framework of the human resource market supply and demand information monitoring system.Fourth,the indicator system should be improved.Data collection indicator system,statistical analysis indicator system and dynamic monitoring indicator system covering five dimensions of demand,supply,matching,salary and liquidity should be compiled.In addition,regression analysis,entropy method,Delphi method and other methods should be combined to scientifically screen and assign weight to monitoring indicators.Fifth,the construction of human resources market supply and demand information monitoring index,using the prosperity index technology to prepare human resources supply and demand monitoring comprehensive index and demand index,supply index,matching index,salary index,flow index,comprehensive evaluation of human resources market supply and demand situation.Finally,the early warning system of supply and demand information in human resource market is constructed.The research results of this paper are intended to provide theoretical and methodological support for the government or the public sector to construct and improve the human resource market monitoring and early warning system,and to enrich the theoretical and empirical research on human resource market information monitoring in China.
