Improving the quality of teachers’ teaching is always the key of deepening educational reform and practice. It is clearly pointed out in the National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development, enhancing and improving teaching quality should be considered as the emphasis on school work, thus set a higher request to teacher’s professional development. All teachers should pay more attention on research cultivated manners.This study focused on the strategy choice and influencing factors of teachers’ research process in middle school to explore the internal mechanism of improving teaching quality. After using the method of interview and questionnaires, the article described the teachers’research background and the strategy choices of different stages. Referring to the process of research, it built relevant strategy analysis frames. With the data of questionnaire statistics, the study got the influenced factors in four aspects:teacher’s personal, teachers’team, teaching management and scientific research management.Through research, found that the common rules that both dominance and synergy coexisted in different stages of teachers’ research process. Thus it built "dominance-synergy model" of determining the research target, carrying out research and applying achievement.By analyzing the influence factors, research motive, teaching pressure and teaching situation are discussed in teacher’s personal aspect. The research motive of dominance is connected with responsibility and requirement of professional development-the more the better. The research motive of synergy is connected with acceptance, demand and conformity. Teaching pressure restricts teachers’research motive. Combined with the education situation, there are different levels of demand for research achievements, instrumental demand, validity demand and systemic demand.By analyzing the influence factors in teachers’team aspect, the leader effect, teachers’participating state and interaction are discussed. The stronger ability that leader has, the easier to be supported. The clearer research target is the easier to divide the work. Teachers’ professional characteristics have an effect on teachers’interaction in different stages of teachers’research process. Considering the conformity, whether the question have been proposed by few teacher could be accepted is the most important to reach a consensus. The time-space regulation in school affects teachers’ interaction. Teachers’participation is related with teaching practice. It is hard to increase participation by personal strengths.Besides, the influence factors in teaching management, including the traditional teaching management mode, the teaching oriented project and weak management, and in scientific research management, including task-based research management system, great difference in scientific research ability, separated from teaching demand and the lack of funding, are also analyzed.Finally, we put forward the influence mechanism of teachers’cooperation, discussing the gap between ideal and reality, so as to improve teachers’cooperation to promote teaching.Research indicated that scientific research of teacher is lacked of attention to. The research suggests that a few teachers should play a leading part and all teachers should be encouraged to participate. It also needs to pay more attention to scientific achievements. At last, it is better to combine teaching and research management.
