| After formally implemented in the new curriculum standard for primary stage increased students’ training objectives to comprehensive quality education requirements.Requirement is in the daily pay more attention to students’ principal role in the process of sports teaching, centering on the students in the teaching process, teachers in the teaching process have the effect of the auxiliary teaching, as a guide in the teaching goal of teaching activities to highlight the idea of promoting students’ all-round development of body and mind.In order to better promote the junior middle school to achieve the goals of physical education teaching, this paper takes weifang diesel city eighth middle school, weifang diesel city 3 middle school, weifang diesel city experimental middle school, weifang diesel fifth city middle school junior middle schools for on-the-spot investigation research site.In this paper, on the basis of existing research results, in accordance with the relevant knowledge of sports science, using the literature material method to to define the concept of physical education teaching, using the questionnaire survey to all four junior high school physical education teachers in downtown weifang diesel and part of the student to carry on the questionnaire survey, and through mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the city of weifang diesel four junior high school physical education class teaching present situation, influence factors are studied, conclusion is as follows:1. Physical education teaching mode: in this study through the Wei Cheng zone four junior high school physical education class teaching mode and teaching present situation investigation analysis, we found that the present weifang diesel city middle school physical education teaching exist the following problems: weifang diesel city physical education class teaching are mainly composed of heuristic teaching mode, but there are also some schools adopt traditional physical education teaching mode on teaching sports skills, understand the sports teaching mode and the choice system of sports teaching pattern in weifang diesel city four junior high school did not involve, slightly backward teaching mode.2. Lack of sports teachers: we found a serious shortage of weifang diesel city junior high school sports teachers, the main problem is the in-service teachers of low degree and title.3. The school sports facilities, equipment and funds shortage, the survey found that four junior high school of weifang diesel city sports venue facilities, equipment and funds in the phenomenon of the shortcomings and the sports funds investment will directly lead to the deficiency of the sports facilities, sports equipment and complement space also can not get timely maintenance, this will to a large extent affected the physical education teaching quality and effect, the students’ all-round development of body and mind will also be affected.4.
