Both in the traditional society and in modern society, human interaction is important to construct and maintain interpersonal relationship.As the main body of rural governance, the governance of Rural elite rely on human relationship, especially in the village which is seriously impacted by modern factors and lack of the internal cohesion.This article analyzes the basic situation of the human interaction and sketch the social relation structure of the rural elite in G village,which is based on the research of the book recording human consumption, starting from the social structure of the rural and the present situation of the rural governance.This article also analyzes the positive and negative effects of the human interaction to rural governance,through interviewing with the related characters on the basis of the event——confirmation,registration and certification of the land,as the logical of "human-relationship-governance".At the same time, this article has responded to a realistic problem:in the period of social transformation, the human’s function of rural elite is alienated in the atomized villages.Also, constructs a theoretical proposition:moderate human relationship plays an auxiliary role in rural governance.In this paper, a total of six basic conclusion。First, human relationship in the dispersible central village is a tool.Second, the alienated human of rural elite maintain the unstable structure of social relations.Third, the rural governance of rural elite exists regional differentiation and type differentiation.Fourth, the human interaction of rural elite has dual effects on rural governance.Fifth, the root cause of the human’s function of rural elite alienated is the atomization of the rural social structure. Sixth,the modernization of rural governance is the only way, but not happen overnight.
