Our country treats the education as an important priority development strategy currently. The ultimate target of education is to improve the people’s qualities and cultivate the students’ scientific spirit and healthy personality. Facing the critical period of social transformation and economic restructure, how to make the college students achieve more knowledge, learn the way of study and self-break in the competitive society, is a question for every college educator. The current education reform and development provide the background for training the reflective learning ability of students. In the 1980 s, the education trend of thought in the teachers with reflective thinking rose in Europe and America, which had a chance for improving students’ reflective learning ability. In order to make the college students learn self-management and self-reflection, and improve the ability of comprehensive quality more effectively in study, the teachers should instruct the students to learn the reflective thinking study purposefully and systematically.The reflective thinking study is an evolutionary process, which asks the learners to reflect themselves and to find the problems in the study continuously, with exploration and solution in time. The reflective thinking study can help the learners to learn how to study, and cultivate the ability of self-study continuously, and set up the aim of study all one’s whole life. This reflective thinking ability is the important part of students’ comprehensive qualities, and it also makes an important difference in physical and mental development and mature mechanism.Combine the former’s research achievement and this study’s follow-up investigation, the writer thinks that the college students’ reflective thinking ability means the ability of self-conscious, self-control and self-adjusting in college students’ self-cognitive study process. We can make a research in reflective thinking study conscious, reflective thinking study habit, reflective thinking emotion and reflective thinking study, etc. something specifically. In order to make a deep analysis in college students’ reflective thinking ability currently, achieve the first-hand materials, this research of the Changchun Architecture and Civil Engineering College, did questionnaires for the sophomore and junior(including science and liberal arts), which276 copies were collected from the280 given out questionnaires, furthermore, 15full-time teachers were interviewed singly. Through the investigation, we found that some of the students could realize the reflective thinking could make an influence on some relative affect, but from the overall perspective, college students’ reflective thinking is not strong enough. Most of the students didn’t have the habit of reflective thinking, and the reflective perseverance doesn’t last longer, but the most important factor is the students don’t reflect in time and are lack of comprehension, which affect the results of reflective thinking, besides, the college and teachers did not make the effort enough to the reflective thinking, and the reflective thinking and scenario creation is still need to study further.To effectively promote students’ reflective learning ability, this study proposed the following specific targeted measures: first, college students should be through their own efforts to promote reflective learning ability, train their consciousness of self reflective learning, should form good habits of reflective learning, reflective learning to maintain a positive mood, should improve the behavior of reflective learning ability. Second,teachers should actively cultivate the students’ reflective learning consciousness. Then,the school should create convenient effective reflective learning situation for college students, creating problem situation of reflective learning, create the cooperation to explore the situation of reflective learning, create the democratic opening situation of reflective learning, finally, can stimulate the motivation of college students’ reflective learning. To improve students’ reflective learning.
