In today's new curriculum reform continued to deepen, the students' mathematical learning objective is not only simple to access to mathematical knowledge, it is more important to cultivate the students' consciousness of mathematics reflective consciousness and ability, because it is the most basic mathematical literacy of social citizens in twenty-first Century. Reflection is a process of self monitoring of students' learning activities. In this process, students can reproduce the active process, summarize the pros and cons, gain experience, learn quality and efficiency of the activities to improve in future. Therefore, this research wants to through the current situation of junior middle school students' mathematical reflective ability, and analyze the influencing factors of junior middle school students' mathematical reflective ability, put forward several reasonable suggestions on cultivating students' reflective ability from the perspective of teachers and students,in order to make the schools, teachers, parents pay more attention to the cultivation of students' mathematics reflective ability, improve students' mathematica reflective ability. This research selected a part of junior middle school students in Shenyang city as the research object, the educational psychology of the meta cognition theory as the guiding ideology, the basic concept of mathematics curriculum standards of compulsory education as the main basis, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interviews and other research methods, the research on the current situation of reflective ability the mathematics of junior high school students from five aspects of students' reflective consciousness, reflective consciousness, reflective content, reflective habits, reflective methods, reflection effect to improve junior high school students in learning mathematics reflective ability. And drawing some conclusions: most of the students in mathematics learning program object reflection needs to be strengthened; most of the students have not consciously develop good habits of reflective mathematics; most of the students of mathematics reflective limitations of a single way and the lack ofinnovation; most of the students are lack of willpower to persevere in mathematics reflection; overall, mathematics reflection girls Ability is higher than boys, three junior high school students mathematical ability to reflect the comparison, the Grade Seven students is the highest, the lowest is Grade Eight students.Research also from the teacher's guidance, student learning methods, textbooks present five aspects of the way, in our country the current education system and family education analysis the factors of junior high school students' reflective ability of mathematics. Finally, it puts forward the improvement of junior high school students' reflective ability of mathematics several teaching and learning of the proposal. And from before class, after-school classes and teachers teaching put forward three suggestions: Should pay attention to students through before class conscious habit of reflection, classroom teaching should focus on the use of diversification guide way mathematics students reflect on the cognitive construction, layout and marking homework manner should help to expand the cultivation of students' reflection ability;Put forward three suggestions from the student learning: Application of mathematical knowledge to develop a block diagram of the learned summarized the content of the habit; Developing a multi-angle, all-round mathematical problem solving habit of reflection; Developing a record of the wrong title, mistakes must be corrected. These recommendations seek to improve the junior high school students in mathematics learning ability to reflect.
