With the accelerated pace of social development, people are facing pressure.The emotional management has become the inevitable requirement for more and more people to adapt to the social reality. Emotional management directly affects our relationships, physical and mental health, and our success. Good management can also stimulate the body’s internal power. Similarly, the new kindergarten teachers’ emotional management is the condition to promote the development of children’s physical and mental health, and establish good interpersonal relationships. The research of the new teachers’ emotion is very important, but the related research is not enough. So this research is full of important value and significant meaning.This research is divided into three dimensions: emotional awareness, emotional expression, and emotional regulation. Combine the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews to conduct qualitative analysis. The conclusions are as follows:First, the current situation of the new kindergarten teachers’ emotional management:Firstly, the overall level of emotional expression is best, followed by emotional awareness, and emotion regulation. Secondly, the specific issues of each dimension focus on: the emotional positioning of the new kindergarten teachers and ignorance of the emotional consequences; Can not be well aware of and adjust the impact of other people’s emotions on their own; Can not use the right words to express emotions, and the emotion is out of control easily; Finally, the emotion regulation is not only lack of skills, but also have not enough positive and optimistic mood.Second, the relationship between the basic situation and the new teachers’ emotional management is that professions, the teacher qualification certificates, position in the kindergarten have little effect on the new kindergarten teachers’ emotionalmanagement. Emotional management with the age, education, seniority, salary is positively correlated and negative correlation to the number of classes, marriage.Third, besides the basic situation of kindergarten teachers in the basic situation of emotional management, Analysis on the current situation of the new teachers’ emotional management is from four perspectives: the kindergarten teachers themselves, the kindergarten and the family, the pre service training institutions. First of all is the personality of the new teachers, the gender status of women in the majority. New kindergarten teachers are not familiar with the kindergarten environment. And ignore "emotion", comprehensive influence kindergarten new teachers’ emotional management;Secondly, The number of emotional related training or lecture for the new teachers is not enough. The internal supporting system for the new teachers is not perfect. Finally,the influence of family on the current situation of the new teachers’ emotional management is mainly affected by heredity, induction and infection. The pre service training institutions should pay attention to emotional management.Fourth, in view of the present situation and the influencing factors of the new kindergarten teachers’ emotion management, the researcher puts forward the following specific and operable strategies. Firstly, the new kindergarten teachers should be the master of their own mood, establish a reasonable and healthy belief, find the source of positive emotions, and improve self comprehensive emotion management ability.Secondly, the kindergarten should create improve kindergarten material, psychological environment creation. Then, the new kindergarten teachers’ family should support new kindergarten teachers through multiple channels, reflect a certain degree of empathy and maintain a harmonious family atmosphere. Finally, the pre service training institutions should pay attention to emotional management. Then improve the state and the ability of the new kindergarten teachers’ emotional management.
