Research On The Present Situation And Influencing Factors Of The Emotional Management Of Kindergarten Novice Type And Expert Type Teachers

Emotion management affects a person's success,but also affects physical and mental health,early childhood is an important period of emotional development of young children,kindergarten teachers as the development of early childhood "important others",in the emotional education of young children play an indispensable role.In the past,the study of teachers' emotions focused on colleges,primary and secondary schools,while the research on emotional management of kindergarten teachers at different stages was less.In this study,kindergarten novice and expert teachers are the research object,kindergarten teachers' emotion management scale as the research tool,the current situation of emotional management and the influencing factors.The results show that the overall level of emotional management of kindergarten novice teachers is low,and the emotional management level of kindergarten expert teachers is higher,and there is a significant difference between the two.In the four factors of emotional management,there are significant differences in emotional awareness,emotional expression,emotional adjustment and emotional use between the two types of kindergarten teachers.For kindergarten novice teachers,their level of emotional awareness is the highest,followed by emotional adjustment,emotional expression,emotional use.For kindergarten expert teachers,the level of emotional awareness is the highest,followed by emotional expression,emotional adjustment,emotional use.The main influencing factors of emotional Management of Kindergarten newcomer Teachers It should include: marital status,salary,teachers' own character and the lack of kindergarten support system,and the factors that affect the emotional management of kindergarten expert teachers mainly include position,high professional commitment and achievement,high social support,kindergarten environment and humanistic environment,and so on.According to the above analysis,this paper mainly puts forward the strategy of improving its emotion management from three aspects.Starting from the individual kindergarten teachers,establishing the emotional belief of rational health,maintaining the positive emotion of optimism and upward,improving the ability of comprehensive emotional management,starting from kindergarten,establishing teachers ' emotional management system,improving the construction of kindergarten psychological environment,establishing harmonious and relaxed working environment,establishing the learning method of "mentoring";starting from the Educational management department,Raise wages and increase the number of job titles,rationalize the expectations of kindergarten teachers,and improve the social status of kindergarten teachers.
